Community Room Rental
What’s the Community Room?
- The Community Room is located in the NPS Apartments building. It is reserved for private events but otherwise is available for use by NPS residents and for NPS Master Association meetings. Be sure to check the NPS Calendar to identify conflicts before trying to reserve the room.

Application Form
- This form contains the application form for the Community Room, icluding pricing. To reserve it for private events, read the usage rules first, then fill out this form and submit it to the NPS Apartments Manager (npsapartments@alexandercompany.com).
- TWO checks should be sent in for reserving the Community Room – ONE for the deposit and ONE for the rental fee. Print, prepare, and submit the following form and await approval.
